Here is how to up a Twitter account to follow our gallery and family of artists:

1. Point your web browser to http://www.twitter.com where you will see
   

   Twitter Home Page

2.  Choose a memorable User ID; the shorter the better. For instance, my personal Twitter ID is BarbTUSA.  If you’re not happy with the one you chose at sign-up, you can always change it later.
   

   Pick short, memorable Twitter Usernames.

3. Once your account has been created, Twitter will suggest that you find friends who are on Twitter and even suggest other Twitter users to follow.
   

   Twitter helps you find friends already using the service.

4. If our gallery is the primary reason you are signing on to Twitter now, just skip forward through this screen and the next one, going directly to the top menu bar of the Twitter screen you are on and click on “Find People”.  When you do, the screen below will appear. All you have to do is type in DTARTWORKS and click on Search to bring up the Don Terra Artworks Twitter page. Then select “Follow” under our Twitter username. While you are logged into Twitter, load http://twitter.com/DTARTWORKS/our-artists/members in your browser. You will see a listing of Don Terra Artists on Twitter. Click on each artist listed and choose to follow them. Every artist should reciprocate in following you back. Doing so helps everyone with their online marketing efforts.

   

   Enter DTARTWORKS and Click on Search

5. If you are one of our artists, please take the time to fill out your profile while you are signed in to Twitter, making sure you add  keywords relevant to your work as an artist, i.e. Metal Artist, Sisters Oregon. You have an option to add a URL to your profile. If you want to link to your profile in our gallery, just email me and I’ll generate a special link for you to place there.
