About Mike and Pam McNerney (Pam & Mac’s Pottery)
My husband Mike and I have been getting our hands dirty with clay for more than 30 years. My love of art started when I was young. I love to draw, paint, and explore new ideas. I was encouraged to take all the art classes I could, which eventually introduced me to my future in ceramics. We started in 1976 in Portland Oregon where we started making traditional pottery pieces. In 1980 we decided to pick up and move to Sisters Oregon where we began to branch out, taking inspiration from nature and putting into our carved pottery pieces. Our business has since flourished and has let us live our dream in the sometimes sleepy town of Sisters.
